印度共产党（马列）红星关于西孟加拉邦议会选举结果的声明

【编者按】2021年5月2日，印度共产党（马列）红星发表了关于西孟加拉邦议会选举结果的声明，该声明指出当前的印度共产党（马列）面临着来自右翼势力和宗教情绪的挑战，在选举中要努力否定质疑，团结一切革命力量。

第十八届议会选举的结果使法西斯主义战车的车轮停止了转动。然而，“全印度国大党”(All India trinamol Congress party)的胜利给了法西斯主义一个沉重的打击，这种说法也是不对的。纵观整体局势，印度人民党（BJP）已经成为议会中唯一的反对党，整个州的立法机构被右翼势力所瓜分。即使是联合阵线中唯一获胜的候选人，也已成为少数族裔社区的宗教领袖。宗教情绪（Religious sentiment）成为唯一的判断标准。造成这种局面，当然要归咎于左翼阵线，特别是印度共产党（马克思主义）（CPIM）的取消主义政治，但共产主义革命者必须牢记，仅仅对其进行指责是不够的。我们必须要动员广大的无产阶级和劳动人民群众一起击败这种消灭主义政治。如果不这样做，我们就无法建立革命性的政治。如果我们不能做到这一点，那么法西斯主义就会变得更加猖狂。相反，我们如果努力向人们展示当代法西斯主义政府的反人民政策，就可以获得一席之地；如果努力展示执政政府的反人民角色，那么就有机会站稳脚跟。

我们知道，工人阶级还没有能力在选举中挑战法西斯政权，其领导层也还没有准备好。因此，在这种情况下，“不为投人民党投票”的选举口号将会产生立竿见影的效果，并且此种宣传口号也会在公众中产生良好的影响。然而，自负的印共（马）非但没有利用这一口号，反而站起来公然反对，以致在主张反对人民党的公众眼中抹黑了自己的形象。其通过与代表少数原教旨主义势力的国大党混为一谈，并试图将人民党与国大党相提并论，使公众认为，国大党是唯一可以反对人民党掌权的政党。结果，大会上却没有人举起红色旗帜。

因此，当前社会赋予了共产主义革命者以使命和责任，奋斗的人民要团结起来才能在竞选中脱颖而出。

印度共产党（马列）红星将竞逐四个席位。在三个席位中，政治竞选是除孟加拉邦（Bangar）之外的主要的目标。在孟加拉邦这一席位上，我们已经说过，无论是从逻辑还是情感层面来讲，谁将获胜都需拭目以待。然而，宗教情绪获得了胜利。所谓左翼分子的宣传也直接促进了宗教情绪的增长。尽管由于新冠病毒大流行的爆发，政治工作被迫暂停一年，但宗教工作仍在继续。这帮助阿巴斯·西迪基(Abbas Siddiqui)在公众中发起反对我们的运动。尽管存在所有这些不利情况，我们仍然在那里获得了4930票。 我们可以假定这是一次坚定的有意义的投票。未来几天战斗还将继续。

广义上讲，如果不有意识地努力否定一切质疑，或者不试图使所有革命力量成为一支有效的战斗力量，在开展工作时就难以获得争取胜利的机会。

CPI (ML) Red Star, West Bengal State Secretariat's Statement on Legislative Assembly Election Results

The result of the eighteenth assembly election has stopped the wheel of the chariot of fascism. But this victory of Trinamool Congress has given a big blow to fascism, is not right to say. The BJP has emerged as the only parliamentary opposition party. The entire state legislature is divided between right-wing forces. Even the only candidate from the United Front who has won, has emerged victorious as the religious leader of the minority community. Religious sentiment has served as the only criterion.

The Left Front, especially the CPIM's liquidationist politics, is certainly to blame for this situation, but the communist revolutionaries must keep in mind that only blaming this is not sufficient. We have to defeat this liquidationist politics. We have to mobilise a large section of the proletariat and toiling masses. Without that we cannot be able to establish revolutionary politics, If we will not be able to do this fadcism may become more strengthened.Because by showing the antipeople policy of the contemporary government fascism gets a place to spread its feet. By showing the anti-people role of the ruling government, it gets a chance to establish its foothold more firmly.

We know that the working class has not yet been able to challenge the fascist power in elections, its leadership is also not ready. Therefore, in this situation , 'No Vote to BJP' could be an immediate electoral slogan. This slogan and publicity has had a good impact on the public. However, instead of taking advantage of this slogan, the self proud CPIM stood up against it and smeared its image in the eyes of the anti-BJP public. By mixing with the Congress, the representative of the minority fundamentalist power and trying to equate 'BJP and TMC, the public was forced to think that the Trinamool Congress was the only one against the BJP can be in the executive power. The result was that there was no one to hold the red flag in the assembly.

So now this is the duty of Communist Revolutionaries, Struggling people to be united and come to the fore.

CPI (ML) Red Star contested four seats. In three seats, political campaigning was the main objective except Bangar. In Bangar seat we had already said that in logic or immotion, who will win will have to see. The imotion has won. Along with this, the alleged propaganda of the alleged leftists directly helped to promote religious sentiment. The religious work continued, despite political work being closed for a year due to the Corona outbreak. This helped Abbas Siddiqui to campaign against us among the public. In spite of all these adverse circumstances, we have received 4930 votes there. We can assume that this is a committed vote. The fight will continue in these days.

Broadly speaking, without making conscious efforts to deny negation, without trying to come forward as an effective force by all revolutionary forces, it cannot be used this opportunity to breathe in the present at work.

Keeping the election result in the center, we are putting forward this message before all the revolutionary forces, before the struggling forces and the people.
